Your packaging ships directly to your warehouse, bundled to your specs. No space? We’ll store the overflow in our 3PL facility until you’re ready.

Do you offer design, or do I need to provide my own?
We take care of the packaging process from concept to creation. Once we determine the packaging type, our graphics team will create a design that matches your brand vision.
Can you match my company branding/colors?
Absolutely! Our goal is for your packaging to help your brand stand out.
Can I print on the inside and outside of the box?
Yes and yes! We have the capabilities and know-how to print on both the inside and outside of your box.
I don’t see the type of container I have in mind?
Give us a call! If we don’t have it, we’ll create it.
Can I see a sample before placing my order?
Most definitely. We do not proceed with ordering any packaging before you receive, inspect, and approve the packaging sample.
How long does the process take?
The custom process, from initial discussion to final delivery, typically takes between 14-16 weeks.
Is my packaging unique to my company, or can anyone copy it?
We create unique, dynamic boxes specific to your brand needs. That said, if you’re choosing to go with a standard white box, well, any company can come up with the same design.
What is the smallest/largest size packaging I can create?
The sky’s the limit when it comes to package sizes. If you can think it, we can create it.
Can you supply accessories, linings, or inserts for my boxes?
Yes! We can create any branded accessories to enhance your product packaging.
What is your packaging made of?
We work with all kinds of materials, including specialty paper, acrylic, and wood.
Is the delivery cost included in the price of my custom boxes?
Yes.
I’m ordering very large quantities, but don’t have room in my warehouse. Do you offer storage?
We offer 3PL in our NJ warehouse for custom orders. Contact us to find out more.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
That has never really happened. But theoretically, if it would, we will redo the order or offer a full refund.
What happens if I don’t like my packaging once I receive my order? Do you accept returns?
Your custom packaging is specific to your company, so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. That’s why you receive and are required to approve the sample before we place the actual order.
